Job Summary

Drive the Marketplace Efficiency product team to build the long-term vision and execution for the Incentives product. Own the discovery process across driver and rider motivations in the ride-hailing marketplace, and partner with analytics, business operations, and marketing to design campaign and subsidy tooling. Lead a tech- and analytics-heavy product team while launching features that improve marketplace balance worldwide.

•Continuously build a long-term product vision and bring it to life.
