Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an allocated portfolio of Media & Entertainment renewals and placements, planning the renewal lifecycle and tracking timelines and milestones.
  • •Work with Client Directors and Client Managers to understand objectives, renewal strategy, programme structure, and placement requirements.
  • •Provide technical broking and compare insurer quotations, terms, and policy wordings to highlight material differences in coverage, conditions, and pricing.
  • •Lead market negotiations and own day-to-day client communications for assigned accounts, challenging insurer positions to improve terms, coverage, and pricing.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Aon governance standards, maintaining complete and accurate records of market approaches, negotiations, and placement decisions.

  • •Strong technical insurance and broking knowledge to analyze complex programmes, quotations, and policy wordings.
  • •Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a working understanding of insurance market practices and insurer relationships.
  • •Highly organized with portfolio-management capability to manage multiple renewals and competing deadlines.
  • •Commercial awareness with understanding of client retention, revenue, and profitable growth.
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of documentation, compliance, and complete/accurate records.
