Key Responsibilities

  • •Run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps to surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities with business and IT stakeholders.
  • •Define and translate business challenges into implementable AI solutions, sharpening requirements, agent architecture, KPIs, and quantified value metrics.
  • •Drive end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through deployment, building prototypes and acceptance criteria and validating business outcomes with engineering.
  • •Deliver value rapidly using iterative approaches to put measurable customer value into production within weeks.
  • •Mentor and elevate colleagues while shaping Industry AI practice, portfolio, and thought leadership in executive and industry forums.

Salary: USD 254,800 - 613,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of deep industry expertise in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries, with a track record of leading enterprise transformations.
  • •Recognized thought leadership through published points of view, conference speaking, or advisory roles that show influence beyond your organization.
  • •Hands-on experience defining and scaling Agentic AI solutions with focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Proven excellence in product definition and delivery or leading enterprise business transformation initiatives, translating complex challenges into executable programs.
  • •Strong strategic relationship-building at the CXO level, demonstrating emotional intelligence and ability to drive multi-year co-innovation agendas.
