Key Responsibilities

•Assist seasoned service technicians with installation and repair of HVAC/environmental control systems using refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts.
•Support customer locations by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and helping plan equipment repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate on-site installations with a supervising field technician, project manager, and customers, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
•Maintain safety standards and help secure accountability for company-issued and procured assets.

Salary: USD 19.95 - 37.64 hourly

Key Requirements

•No industry experience required; technical school certificates or formal HVAC training/experience are not required but may be considered.
•Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
•Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle and follow required PPE and safety procedures.
•Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting/moving equipment, using ladders, and working around heights and confined areas.
