Job Summary

Support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for invoice processing, OCR integration, workflow approvals, document management, exceptions, and archive/ECC FI/MM integration. Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC, analyze and resolve incidents within SLA, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. Handle service requests and standard changes, deliver minor enhancements, manage transports, document solutions, and participate in on-call shifts while following ITIL processes and using ticketing tools like ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira.

Key Responsibilities

•Support OpenText VIM including invoice processing, OCR integration, workflow approvals, document management, exception handling, and archive integration.
•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications and resolve incidents within SLA.
•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and handle service requests and standard changes.
•Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates; support deployment activities and transport management.
•Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams; prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles; participate in on-call support.
