Job Summary

Design the operating and financial architecture for the AI Native Engineering (FDE) Operations organization. Own planning frameworks and analytics foundations, translating revenue and delivery ambitions into capacity, demand, and organizational plans. Lead annual revenue/bookings/cost planning, build capacity-demand models, define data and analytics strategy, and architect the operating model across multiple operations teams while shaping future org strategy through scenarios and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Own annual Revenue, Bookings, and Cost planning for the FDE business in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Delivery.
•Build and maintain capacity and demand planning models aligning supply to pipeline and delivery commitments.
•Define the operations data and analytics strategy, including metrics hierarchy, source-of-truth data models, and reporting standards.
•Design and evolve the operating model across Business Ops, Commercial Ops, Business Transformation & GTM, and Ops AI & Tooling with clear ownership and governance.
•Develop future organization strategy (headcount and skills roadmaps, org design scenarios, sequencing) and partner cross-functionally to reflect real business priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 252,000 - 330,700 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in business planning, strategic finance, business operations, or a related function with exposure to services or GTM organizations.
•2+ years of people leadership and experience leading cross-functional planning efforts while mentoring analysts.
•Proven ability to build financial and operating models (revenue, bookings, cost, capacity/demand) and translate them into executive-ready recommendations.
•Strong understanding of operating-model and org-design concepts, including defining metrics, data models, and reporting standards.
•High proficiency leveraging AI and analytical tooling for planning, scenario modeling, and data storytelling; SQL proficiency preferred.
