Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support for ongoing and ad hoc DE&I global and local deliverables, including training administration, attendance tracking, and report generation.
  • •Assist with project management for DE&I initiatives, coordinating regional and global efforts for significant DE&I days.
  • •Conduct research and analysis on inclusion topics and support ad hoc presentation materials.
  • •Support DE&I surveys, benchmarks, award submissions, and RFP completion as required.
  • •Manage internal DE&I communications (planning, publishing, and distributing materials), take meeting minutes, and administer Slido for DE&I virtual events.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in program coordination, communications, and stakeholder management (prior DE&I experience is an advantage).
  • •Passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the ability to work across cultures and time zones with a range of stakeholders.
  • •Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • •A general understanding of the human resources discipline and the role HR plays in a modern business.
  • •Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g., Peoplesoft and Microsoft Office applications).
