Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop the RAS charter for the Embedded BU as a center of excellence. Ensure robust planning at the pre-silicon stage and frame relevant specifications and test cases with DV/Emulation teams and Architects.
  • •Collaborate with Architects to execute RAS feature enablement and validation with rigour and timeliness; contribute to roadmaps and process improvements.
  • •Create a culture of openness, diversity and technical growth within the team; demonstrate leadership during critical issues, milestones, and customer escalations.
  • •Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Enablement Manager, Leads, PMs, BIOS/FW Managers) to achieve robust alignment and execution.
  • •Drive post-silicon enablement decisions, documentation, and handoffs with Post Silicon Enablement, Validation, BIOS/FW, Driver and CAE teams.

Key Requirements

  • •13 years of solid HW and FW experience in RAS feature implementation on x86 IPs (Cores, Memory, Inband and OOB RAS).
  • •Experience with high-speed I/Os such as PCIe (Gen4+), memory DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR4/LPDDR5, USB4.0/3.2/3.1, USB PD, USB Type‑C, Display interfaces and Ethernet.
  • •Strong ability to identify risks, propose mitigations, and communicate with senior management.
  • •Experience collaborating with Enablement Managers, Leads, Program Managers, Product Managers, BIOS/FW Managers and cross-functional teams (DV/Silicon Designers/Pre-silicon/Platform/SW).
  • •Hands-on with scripting (TCL, Python) and hardware measurement tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, Raspberry Pi, network analyzers).
