Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the strategy, framework, and execution of the Regulatory Change Management Program.
  • •Identify, track, assess, and process applicable regulatory changes in a timely manner through the program.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to present regulatory changes, assess risks, map applicability, and follow up on open items.
  • •Support remediation efforts by coordinating and escalating identified risks.
  • •Support regulatory examinations and regulatory reporting by preparing documentation, coordinating partners, validating data accuracy, and ensuring timely remediation of findings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,500 - 222,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or related discipline within a financial institution.
  • •In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance program implementation and ongoing maintenance.
