Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure engineering activities costing for the offer phase, with support from the Engineering Manager and the SSN sector.
  • •Contribute to the offer process by preparing for and participating in reviews.
  • •Coordinate activities of all Work Package Managers (WPM) for offer preparation and the initial project baseline.
  • •Pilot costing activities of multidisciplinary teams within the center of competencies using lessons learned models (RETEX).
  • •Build and maintain the execution reference framework (WBS/OBS/PBS, director/master planning, resource planning, estimation file, risk/opportunity register) and track offer status in JIRA with weekly reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in systems engineering or offers, with ideally at least 3 years in technical project management or Bid Manager roles on complex projects/offers.
  • •Technical knowledge in telecommunications, networks, cybersecurity, and Tactical Data Links (LDT, e.g., L16).
  • •Ideally knowledge of the military domain and associated customers.
  • •Expertise in the offers process and related reviews (Gate 1, BKO, SOR, BBR, ER, CCR, Gate 2, etc.).
  • •Good written and spoken English, with demonstrated rigor, pragmatism, teaching skills, and ability to propose cost/timing/quality trade-offs.
