Key Responsibilities

  • •Set enterprise-scale AI architecture and engineering patterns for agentic AI, retrieval/grounding, model integration, inference platforms, observability, evaluation, and safety.
  • •Lead resolution of complex, ambiguous technical challenges while balancing performance, cost, scalability, security, safety, and regulatory constraints.
  • •Drive long-term AI engineering strategy across platforms, tools, and system design approaches, and guide multiple cross-team AI initiatives for coherent architecture and alignment.
  • •Conduct technical and architectural reviews to establish standards for engineering excellence and consistent implementation.
  • •Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers and raise organizational technical capability through guidance and development.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, or data engineering, delivering complex production systems at scale.
  • •Proven ability to architect end-to-end AI/ML platforms spanning data pipelines, training, deployment, serving, monitoring, and inference optimization.
  • •Experience building and operating GPU-based AI infrastructure, including workload scheduling, utilization/capacity optimization, and performance tuning.
  • •Hands-on development with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face tooling.
  • •Experience with cloud-native, Kubernetes-based platforms for training and batch workloads, plus observability and reliability practices.
