Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate mortgage loans within an assigned territory by taking applications, performing preliminary underwriting reviews, and submitting files for processing and underwriting. Coordinate timely document collection to support processing, underwriting, and closing. Spend at least half of your time conducting sales activities outside U.S. Bank locations, building relationships and following up to move loans through the pipeline. Requires NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, including background and credit checks.
