Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Trust Finance Operations (TFO) project representative to coordinate end-to-end delivery of initiatives (process change, system enhancement, regulatory change) and ensure readiness for implementation and smooth BAU transition.
  • •Review annual client accounts, regular schedules, and ad-hoc reports according to regulatory/client requirements.
  • •Define accounting treatment for Trust accounts and coordinate with internal teams (TRMs/TROs/Overseas site) on account format, transactions, tax implications, and schedules/calculation entitlements.
  • •Coordinate with external parties (client tax advisors/accountants) on accounting treatment and reporting format, and handle client/external auditor queries.
  • •Handle daily operations workflows and exception reports; assist with compliance/regulatory reporting and user acceptance testing for software enhancements/upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder with a major in accounting, finance, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • •Qualified accountants.
  • •At least 5 years of work experience in the financial, accounting, or auditing industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting policies and strong operations/workflow capabilities.
  • •Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese.
