Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of models and processes for companies moving into PathWise.
  • •Develop complex actuarial and financial products and libraries powered by HPC on GPUs in an Agile environment.
  • •Provide technical guidance as an expert across multiple technologies to the software development team and supervise activities.
  • •Develop innovative solutions to complex problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • •Perform analysis and research on technology trends, products, and competitors and recommend improvements to the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •3-8 years of relevant software engineering experience in developing and launching products, libraries, and technologies in an Agile environment.
  • •Proven experience designing and implementing complex, maintainable OOP-based architectures in Python.
  • •Expert knowledge of Python data analysis libraries, including NumPy and Pandas.
  • •Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and version control (Git), plus expert-level OOP concepts.
  • •Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and good knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
