Job Summary

Lead TikTok Shipping’s merchant operations in Germany, owning end-to-end operational performance across carrier management, service quality, cost control, and daily execution. Drive merchant onboarding and long-term adoption for strategic sellers and high-volume warehouses, translate logistics needs into scalable processes, and improve the merchant and buyer experience using Voice-of-Customer feedback and business metrics. Partner with Product, Logistics Operations, and Commercial teams to prioritize requirements and deliver seller enablement training.

Key Responsibilities

•Own onboarding, adoption, and long-term success of TikTok Shipping for strategic merchants in Germany.
•Develop scalable operational solutions by understanding merchants’ logistics operations and fulfillment models.
•Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential merchants, including large sellers and high-volume warehouses.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics-related topics and build trusted merchant relationships.
•Collect and analyze merchant feedback to identify pain points and drive continuous improvement, including regular reporting and insights.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Merchant Operations, Seller Management, e-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or Account Management.
•Strong understanding of e-Commerce logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations.
•Ability to analyze merchant business models, identify operational pain points, and drive adoption of new logistics solutions.
•Strong stakeholder management experience working across Product, Operations, Commercial, and external merchant teams.
•Fluent written and spoken English proficiency.
