Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications (Visualforce pages, Apex classes/triggers, Flows, SOQL) for entitlement, Code Redemption, Knowledge Articles, and Case Management workflows.
  • •Develop and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and Oracle Database backends for reliable enterprise data exchange.
  • •Write optimized SOQL and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL queries for reporting, data migration, and integration use cases across the T1 platform portfolio.
  • •Implement Knowledge Article structures and configure Case Management to improve support workflows and self-service resolution rates.
