Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and own end-to-end automation for the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, role changes, offboarding) with accurate provisioning and minimal human touch.
  • •Serve as the technical owner of the ITSM platform, covering service catalog design, workflows, request/incident/change processes, integrations, and upgrades.
  • •Increase AI deflection by deploying and tuning virtual agents, AI search, and agentic resolution, and measuring real deflection outcomes.
  • •Build and maintain integrations between ITSM and core systems, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JAMF, Fleet, Workday, and GitLab.
  • •Manage IT-owned infrastructure as code across cloud environments and apply SRE practices (monitoring/alerting, reliability targets, blameless post-incident reviews) while tracking automation and AI performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Own a wide range of platforms end to end as a generalist systems engineer, picking up unfamiliar systems quickly enough to run them independently.
  • •Have strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform (or similar) and automated, auditable deployments through version control and code review.
  • •Apply SRE principles (observability, monitoring/alerting, reliability targets, and blameless post-incident review) to the services you own.
  • •Design or operate workloads in major public clouds; experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus.
  • •Build integrations and automation for employee lifecycle processes across HRIS, identity, and endpoint management, using ITSM and iPaaS/workflow tools (e.g., Okta Workflows, Serval).
