  • •Own major real estate deals using underwriting expertise to win and retain strategic accounts.

  • •Support team development by guiding peers, reviewing referrals, and ensuring high-quality service.
  • •Act as a reliable point of contact for priority clients, anticipating needs and delivering tailored support.

Key Requirements
