Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for mechanical, electrical, hardware, and systems engineering roles powering NEO. Partner with engineering hiring managers and technical teams to identify talent, run efficient hiring processes, and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences. Build and maintain pipelines to reduce time-to-fill, use data and judgment to guide decisions, and continuously improve sourcing, interview calibration, and recruiting effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality hires across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
•Build and maintain talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring predictability for critical engineering roles.
•Establish trusted partnerships with engineering leaders and provide data-driven guidance throughout the hiring process.
•Improve recruiting effectiveness through sourcing innovation, interview calibration, process improvements, and talent market insights.
•Ensure hiring decisions align with 1X’s technical standards, organizational needs, and long-term growth objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 186,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, hardware, systems, or related engineering talent.
•Proven full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
•Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and supporting technical interview processes.
•Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
