Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach, develop, and hold accountable a multidisciplinary team across supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management.
  • •Own rack integration operations by overseeing the operating model connecting capacity demand, L10 hardware supply, L11 rack production, and deployment readiness.
  • •Establish operating reviews, escalation mechanisms, and metrics for schedule adherence, material readiness, supplier capacity, and ERP data accuracy.
  • •Lead technical readiness and standards for new rack architectures and L11 new product introductions, governing BOM consistency and integration test requirements.
  • •Drive supplier and commercial operations, including relationship management, performance reviews, capacity commitments, escalations, and budget governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven people leadership experience managing, hiring, coaching, and performance managing multidisciplinary operational or technical teams.
  • •Experience leading hardware manufacturing, supply-chain operations, systems integration, or hyperscale infrastructure programs with external contract manufacturers or global suppliers.
  • •Operational technical depth across rack-level server, network, power, cabling, and manufacturing considerations to guide specialists and make informed decisions.
  • •Experience managing supplier performance, capacity escalations, commercial reviews, and complex cross-functional programs spanning engineering, procurement, and logistics.
  • •Strong operational budget, demand forecast, and production metrics judgment to develop cross-functional processes.
