Job Summary

Provide 2nd-level support and manage complex customer requests using deep product knowledge to ensure solutions meet customer expectations. Act as the POC for assigned delivery projects, coordinating stakeholders and timelines. Oversee end-to-end service readiness, including ordering, go-to-market, pricing, and billing, while identifying opportunities for professional services. Deliver internal training, improve service catalog documentation, and provide effort/timeline estimates with regular status reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide 2nd-level support to resolve complex requests and issues using in-depth product knowledge.
•Serve as the POC for customer projects, managing timelines and coordinating stakeholders for on-time execution.
•Coordinate end-to-end service readiness, including ordering (GOT), go-to-market (GTM), pricing, and billing.
•Identify opportunities for professional services to improve client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
•Deliver internal training and improve service catalog documentation templates, with accurate effort and timeline estimations and regular status reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer engineering, or computer science, or relevant work experience.
•Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.
•At least 3 years’ experience in content management and security, or 5 years’ experience in implementation teams or a similar role.
•Experience in the Airline or Travel industry, with exposure to Amadeus Products (GDS) in technical support or help desk work.
•Certification on IT Systems, ITIL Foundations, or SAFe is preferred; strong communication and project/time management skills required.
