•Serve as the primary lead for planning, executing, and managing complex IT programs supporting Army Military Intelligence, overseeing the program lifecycle and risk management.
•Coordinate across stakeholders to align program goals with mission priorities and manage task assignments, progress, and deliverable completion.
•Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and performance metrics.
•Implement quality assurance processes and change management strategies to maintain program integrity.
•Provide financial oversight, including budget planning, cost analysis, forecasting, and communication with technical teams, leadership, and external partners for timely issue resolution.

Travel: Medium travel

•Master’s degree in business analytics, project management, accounting, finance, or business administration with 12 years of direct industry experience.
•Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance (ability to obtain a CI Polygraph).
•Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, project management, accounting, finance, or business administration with 14 years of experience in the same disciplines.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Ability to work independently while initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversight; ability to manage IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.
