Key Responsibilities

•Present engaging technical demonstrations highlighting Trend Micro products’ advantages and benefits to customers and stakeholders.
•Educate and empower the sales organization and channel partners to engage more effectively with customers.
•Understand the customer journey and ensure smooth onboarding and product experience, emphasizing customer success.
•Collaborate with Regional/Global Product Managers and Product Marketing to stay current on product/technology know-how and messaging.
•Develop strong relationships to influence customer technical strategy and deliver training on Trend Micro solutions to customers and prospects.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
•Strong knowledge of cyber security solutions (Endpoint, E-mail, Web, IPS, Cloud-based security solutions).
•Rich experience in delivering presales support and solution by bringing unique value to customers.
•Knowledge and understanding of SOC operations, security analytics capabilities, cloud architecture, cloud-native security (SASE, CASB, Zero Trust).
•Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS services; able to articulate and demonstrate complex security solutions to customers.
