Grow and retain profitable commercial and real estate client relationships by sourcing new business through calls, referrals, and cross-selling. •Solicit commercial clients and obtain new business through client/prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling.
•Obtain and maintain COIs and attend networking events in the assigned geographic area.
•Use loan structuring and credit analysis to manage credit process execution.
•Generate a wide variety of commercial and real estate loans and close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
•Cross-sell and promote additional banking products to contribute to deposit growth.

Key Requirements

•Typically, a minimum of seven years direct lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
•Credit training and/or underwriting knowledge and experience.
•Familiarity with sales, loan processing, and closing processes.
•Extensive knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including commercial real estate loans.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of business development.
