Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through mid-level positions across multiple communications disciplines.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
•Source, screen, assess, and present top talent; build diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
•Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding; maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
•Manage recruiting operations in Greenhouse and other talent systems; use modern recruiting tech and data/AI tools to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Prior recruiting experience within PR, communications, marketing, advertising, consulting, or professional services preferred.
•PR agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
•Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. markets and talent pools; manage multiple searches while maintaining candidate experience.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and recruiting technologies (e.g., Metaview, Crosschq, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools).
