You will coach engineers, manage budgets, collaborate with program offices and customers, and develop business cases for capital investments and process improvements in a DoD-cleared environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive the Manufacturing Engineering team in process development and production of engine components.
•Improve defect rates and implement process controls through Mfg. Readiness Level initiatives.
•Coach and develop the engineering team's proficiency and performance.
•Collaborate with production to ensure processes, material flow, and standard work are optimized.
•Develop and execute cost reduction initiatives and EHS strategies while managing budgets and capital projects.

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field.
•5+ years exposure to engineering and manufacturing operations.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•Analytical, problem solving and mathematic skills
•Demonstrate skill and success in team leadership, facilitation and coaching skills
