Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end AV systems integration projects, coordinating planning, execution, and completion to meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction targets. Own project schedules, risk management, change order handling, progress reporting, and close-out documentation. Lead internal and external kickoff activities across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, and third parties, while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects to meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.
•Learn and follow AVI-SPL processes within the Operations Playbook, and serve as a subject matter expert on contract documents, scopes of work, bid drawings/specifications, and construction schedules.
•Facilitate internal and external project kickoff meetings and manage project risks through resolution or escalation.
•Create and manage project schedules, coordinate resource scheduling, and facilitate project material/equipment orders.
•Manage project expenditures and progress reporting, ensure quality of work by internal/subcontracted resources, handle change order procedures, and travel to job sites as required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the audio visual, construction, technology, or related industry.
•Proven project management and team leadership experience.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.
•Understanding of revenue, budget, margin, and financial variance factors for assigned projects.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject schedule software; valid Driver’s License and MVR meeting driving standards.
