Job Summary

Drive attraction ticket sales through hotel desks and concierge desks, focusing on UAE destination attractions for hotel guests. Manage the end-to-end hotel sales channel with a key focus on Abu Dhabi, building strong relationships with DMC partners and hotel sales teams. Develop hotel marketing collateral strategies (digital and print), monitor sales performance, support sales process improvements, and provide coaching, training, and product webinars.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end hotel sales channel for UAE hotels, with key focus on Abu Dhabi hotel sales.
•Develop and implement digital and print marketing collateral strategies for hotels in UAE.
•Develop and maintain relationships across the hotel sales distribution chain, including DMC partners, hotel desk staff, concierge staff, and hotel management teams.
•Monitor monthly concierge and sales team performance and report trends and developments to management.
•Coach and conduct appraisals for direct reports; support Head of Sales with initiatives and action plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum of 4 years of proactive sales experience within UAE.
•Account management and business development experience.
•Experience managing sales contract agreements.
•Experience working with hotel/attractions and strong communication skills (telephone sales, presentation, listening, writing).
