Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the planning team, providing team leadership.
  • •Own production planning, outsourcing, material planning, demand planning, and overall planning for a designated product line.
  • •Continuously analyze performance versus service level and targets, and escalate risks to the Planning Manager on time.
  • •Set up, monitor, and control team performance, including task completion and KPI targets, and track daily/weekly/monthly activities.
  • •Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Purchasing, Production, and maintain/upgrade planning processes to ensure proper workflow.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field, with 7+ years of SML or related experience.
  • •Supervisory or lead experience.
  • •Thorough understanding of production, planning, and inventory management fundamentals.
  • •Excellent analytical skills.
  • •Proficiency with systems such as Excel, Google Workspace, VBA, Appscript, Oracle, ERP systems, and automation/software; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
