Key Responsibilities

  • •Install both hardware and software to enable network expansion for customer missions and ensure operational readiness
  • •Troubleshoot complex installation issues, delivering short-term fixes and identifying long-term solutions
  • •Educate customers on Anduril system capabilities as a data and applications platform and support demonstrations
  • •Collaborate with site reliability engineers to define tooling and system requirements to support customer outcomes
  • •Coordinate with mission software engineers to ensure supportability of custom system integrations and document opportunities for system improvements

Key Requirements
