Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Spaceport Experience operations including onsite events, amenities, wellness activations, and engagement programming.
  • •Lead creation and distribution of the monthly experience newsletter, managing content and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Identify and execute improvements across employee-facing spaces to keep them functional, inviting, and aligned with SpaceX’s design aesthetic.
  • •Monitor service quality and consistency, resolving issues and upholding operational standards.
  • •Assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, signage, internal communication workflows, and maintain SOPs, onboarding guides, and playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience within the hospitality or operations industry.
  • •Ability to read floor plans and assist with space planning decisions.
  • •Experience launching programs or services from the ground up.
  • •Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and comfortable using collaborative/project tools.
