Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the RecOps team’s vision and roadmap, owning three core sub-pillars focused on large-scale transformation.
  • •Own the TA tooling roadmap and recruiting technology stack in partnership with HR Tech, including discovery, onboarding/offboarding, and data-focused tool evaluation.
  • •Advance predictive talent intelligence with People Analytics, overseeing data integrity and self-service reporting while delivering ad-hoc insights.
  • •Redesign core recruiting processes to improve operational rigor across the hiring lifecycle and ensure alignment with broader People systems.
  • •Own TA governance and compliance, defining guidelines and oversight to ensure adherence to relevant policies and laws, and act as a subject-matter expert across cross-functional initiatives.
