Key Responsibilities

  • •Begin each day prepared with the right supplies and PPE for assigned patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access schedules and travel to patient homes.
  • •Build warm, patient-centered connections and collect relevant information prior to care.
  • •Provide diagnostic and low-acuity services including phlebotomy/specimen collection (and related services such as retina exams/ECGs as needed).
  • •Ensure collected samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •Technologically savvy—comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Maintain reliable transportation and access/navigate patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
  • •Pass required checks (national background, DMV, and valid clinical license search) and hold state-required licensure/proof of training plus Basic Life Support (BLS).
