•Proven track record leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations or territories.
•Strong commercial acumen to translate sales strategy into clear field priorities, measurable actions, and business results.
•People leader with experience setting expectations, managing performance, building engagement, and developing future talent, with deep retail execution and customer experience knowledge.
•Fluent German (min. C2) and advanced English; knowledge of the Austrian retail market is highly desirable.
