Key Responsibilities

  • •Tomar ownership end-to-end de iniciativas técnicas complejas, desde entendimiento del problema hasta diseño, implementación, despliegue y seguimiento en producción.
  • •Investigar y resolver problemas complejos usando datos, logs, métricas, trazas y análisis de código para identificar causas raíz.
  • •Participar en discusiones técnicas, revisiones de diseño y decisiones de arquitectura, comunicando trade-offs.
  • •Colaborar con otros equipos y stakeholders para identificar dependencias, destrabar problemas y generar valor de manera pragmática.

Key Requirements

  • •Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, entendiendo trade-offs.
  • •Experiencia en observabilidad (logging, métricas, alertas, trazas y monitoreo, con Grafana o similares).
