Key Responsibilities

•Lead safety training, conduct walk-throughs, reinforce safe behaviors, and drive near-miss reporting across home FCs and regional sites.
•Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding experiences and safety culture at the home FC and across regions.
•Develop, document, and own training programs, SOPs, and job instructions that define Spreetail's operating model.
•Audit training completion and safety compliance; identify gaps, build corrective plans, and travel to sites to implement them.
•Develop retention programs tied to development and engagement, and partner with site leadership to connect learning to operational performance.

Key Requirements

•Multiple years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; e-commerce expertise strongly preferred.

•Proven track record of building safety-first cultures.
•Hands-on experience building or managing training programs, onboarding curriculum, or learning initiatives in an operational environment.
•Willingness to travel a minimum of 25% of the time within an assigned region.
