Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop software requirement specification (SRS) documents and manage functional requirements supporting technical specifications (Mail.dat and Mail.XML).
  • •Maintain technical specifications and guides, and develop new documentation for new or revised functionality.
  • •Perform Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT): review TRDs, develop/update test scripts, execute CAT and production validation (smoke/functional), and document outcomes/artifacts.
  • •Provide expert support for mail industry meetings and MTAC workgroups/task groups/user groups, and develop performance metrics to track CAT status.
  • •Develop automated test scripts, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for impacted applications.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7+ years of experience in technology or software development (business analyst experience preferred).
  • •Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree (additional 4 years).
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • •Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., ALM, VersionOne, JIRA, Confluence).
  • •Experience with software testing tools (e.g., UFT, Selenium) and database/analytics tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, Teradata).
