Key Responsibilities

•Lead by example to foster accountability, operational excellence, and a customer-first mindset across the organization.
•Attract, build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of operations and execution leaders with diverse expertise and backgrounds.
•Develop and implement an operating model and stakeholder engagement model for the CTO Operations organization, translating business strategy into technology and engineering deliverables.
•Oversee the organizations strategy and transformation planning, including execution, OKRs, analytics and reporting, and new engagement models to resolve bottlenecks.
•Lead a central team of Chiefs of Staff delivering proactive executive operation support to engineering leaders to accelerate execution and improve productivity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 280,000 - 350,000 annually
