Key Responsibilities

•Sell company products/services via telephone and lead generation to new and existing customers.
•Engage in high-volume outbound/inbound sales activities and manage CRM records to track customer interactions.
•Lead digital prospecting efforts, analyze engagement data, and tailor outreach to convert high-potential leads.
•Respond to complex customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status, adapting solutions to evolving priorities.
•Drive complex sales cycles and collaborate internally to close new business opportunities while enhancing the pre-sale customer experience.

Key Requirements

•1) Experience in high-volume inbound/outbound sales and CRM management. 2) Proven ability to conduct digital prospecting and tailor outreach to convert high-potential leads. 3) Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to complex customer inquiries on availability, pricing and orders. 4) Capable of consultative selling and managing the pre-sale customer experience to drive revenue. 5) Ability to work under limited supervision and contribute to lead generation strategies.
