Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise C-level executives on the observability implementation process, investment decisions, and operations rationalization as a strategic advisor.
  • •Identify industry-specific trends through customer engagements and collaborate with Product, GTM, BVA, and Architecture teams to drive top-of-funnel opportunities.
  • •Demonstrate thought leadership in observability and security, highlighting best practices for large-scale environments.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor on ROI, value realization, and whitespace analysis, supporting account strategies and deployment plans.
  • •Collaborate with Product Solutions Architecture, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to deliver high-quality technical resources to a broad audience, including executives.
