•Leading projects from RIBA 1 to 6, providing the client with a consultancy project management service, offering advice and guidance as required throughout the project

•Selecting, developing and managing the project team
•Identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups
•Empowering and inspiring others to deliver successful projects

Key Requirements

•Chartership to MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS or equivalent is essential.
