Customer Specialist - Full Time

Deliver a customer-first experience by guiding customers through used vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. Perform accurate vehicle condition assessments, support appraisal documentation, and manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation. Complete cosmetic inspections, handle transaction paperwork and payment administration, and coordinate service appointments and repair order invoice review while following CarMax EH&S requirements.
