Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and continuously improve industrial hygiene programs across SpaceX facilities, including chemical, noise, and ergonomic exposure assessments.
•Design and maintain dashboards and metrics to track industrial hygiene performance, exposure trends, and program effectiveness.
•Identify opportunities to apply data analysis, automation, and AI/ML to improve exposure monitoring, risk prediction, and program efficiency.
•Partner with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to integrate industrial hygiene controls into new processes and facilities from the design phase.
•Lead or support exposure monitoring campaigns and interpret results to recommend engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•5+ years of experience in the design, development, and/or general operational oversight of environmental, health, and safety disciplines.
•Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or working toward certification.
•Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and basic data analysis.
•Experience in high-volume manufacturing or rapid iteration environments.
