Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects to meet safety, time, budget, and quality requirements.
  • •Provide project leadership across the lifecycle, from early planning/constructability through construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • •Work with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams to define objectives and drive delivery.
  • •Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, opportunities, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
  • •Oversee budgets, forecasting, cash flow, resources, commercial performance, and governance reporting/control; manage contracts and change/claims/dispute resolution where required.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline recognised by Engineers Australia.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, or transport infrastructure (Transport for Main Roads (TMR) highly regarded).
  • •Experience across project development, construction delivery, and contract administration.
  • •Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, road/bridge design, construction/maintenance, and materials.
  • •Experience managing project budgets, programs, resources, risks, and commercial outcomes; RPEQ registration (or ability to obtain) is highly regarded.
