Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and ensure the accuracy of the setting out of construction works.
  • •Conduct topographic surveys at the beginning of the contract and close surveys within acceptable tolerances.
  • •Cross check survey stations and control points, identify anomalies between coordinates and levels, and report damaged/missing controls.
  • •Ensure calibration of survey equipment at required intervals in line with specifications/manufacturer recommendations.
  • •Review and approve shop drawings and perform survey checks during casting (coordinates, alignment, levels) and structural settlement at each floor to confirm compliance with design limits.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Surveying.
  • •Advanced proficiency in use of surveying instruments.
  • •5+ years of experience in a similar role.
