Housekeeping Ordertaker

Handle incoming calls to the housekeeping office and accurately record and relay guest requests for amenities, cleaning services, and laundry pickups. Coordinate communication between Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering, and log/track maintenance requests to completion. Maintain room status updates, daily reports, and housekeeping records, including lost-and-found handling and order-taking logbook accuracy to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
