Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute our AI-Native strategy across core business functions to maximise operational intelligence and team velocity.
•Spend time with teams to understand on-the-ground realities, goals, and challenges to tailor training accordingly.
•Identify training gaps through discussions with managers and propose targeted sessions to address them.
•Create and manage the training plan, including obtaining leadership feedback to ensure it meets needs.
•Run training sessions, manage calendars, invitations, and ensure smooth execution on training days.
•Manage learning tools (LMS) to upload videos/documents and track completion.
•Demonstrate training impact with data, attendance, feedback, and observed improvements.
•Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with department heads and coordinate vendor management when needed.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a training or L&D role (2-3 years) handling multiple tasks concurrently.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
•Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline discipline.
•Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, Claude, GPT, etc.) and ability to apply them to daily work.
•Proficiency in Google Workspace to manage data, track performance, and present insights to leadership.
