Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop’s seller growth by proactively sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding high-potential sellers through multi-channel outbound prospecting. Lead initial pitches, assess seller fit, and define pathways for sellers to grow GMV on the platform. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding success and ongoing merchant support, while meeting monthly/quarterly acquisition and GMV targets within a 3–6 month period.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and deliver tailored value propositions for TikTok Shop.
•Assess seller fit and identify seller growth strategies and clear GMV growth pathways.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, account setup, and activation.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers and meet acquisition/GMV targets.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Exceptional command of English and French (written and verbal) for negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to operate autonomously.
•Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension based on impact.
•Experience in eCommerce/online marketplaces or platform businesses is preferred.
