Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute, monitor, and complete conveyance infrastructure projects, including developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • •Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required, managing project risks, issues, and change control processes.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure technical requirements are met, reviewing designs/specifications and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulatory requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities; facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports while resolving concerns.
  • •Administer contracts and oversee procurement, review contractor performance and claims/variations/payment applications, and oversee construction with health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance through site inspections, commissioning, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utility, water/wastewater, pipeline, or conveyance-related projects.
  • •Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering design, construction, and project delivery processes, including project planning and scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • •Contract administration and commercial management with risk management and excellent communication with stakeholders.
