Coach and develop associates, supervise opening/closing procedures, and ensure merchandising standards and product replenishment. Support stockroom and inventory integrity, including receiving, shipping, and loss prevention practices, while upholding safety and company policies. Help foster an inclusive store culture and contribute to local community initiatives.
